In Maths we are starting to look into patterns and algebra. For a homework task, we were asked to look at patterns we could find outside the school and describe them in words. Then we had to include some photos and post the work on Edmodo to Mr Huebl. These are some of the things we found!

Today in Maths we were practising our decimal operations for our topic test. A few of us decided to make it interesting and have a race…
Australian Animals
Last week, we were given the opportunity to take care of many home stay students all the way from Osaka, which is located in Japan. The children that came to Australia were educated a school called Seibo Guankin . Last week we had done various activities to show them our Australian cuisine, heritage culture and lifestyle. On the 3rd day of the week we visited Cleland Wildlife Park, where we were shown many different animals that display a major part in Australian Culture. We were also presented with a challenge of walking half way up Mount Lofty, to boast our beautiful land to the Japanese home stay students.
We decided to make a video about the animals we saw at Cleland, as a souvenir for our Japanese friends. We wanted to include the names of the animals in English as well as Japanese to go with the photos.
